POETIC DIALOGUE BETWEEN FEDON THEOFILOU AND CHRYSSA VELISSARIOU

WORDS ENLIGHTENING
FEDON THEOFILOU

When the words take their place in a nice poetic body

they want to shine their autonomy
but also they contribute with their consistency
in the strong structure of the poem
Certainly there have been some words
which stood out from the poems
and remained unspoiled forever
Not that they betrayed the body of the poem
Simply put
their autonomy was greater
than their offering in the consistency of the body
But once again they were carrying the poem
in their incorruptibility and
they  glorified the same in fact
The words tend to make frill erotically with the lips
of those who pronounce them in reciting.
Words light colored like the senses
darker to give value to the nuances
blurry to hide what they imply
words like shiny pebbles wet by the waves
words wavy as if they were playing like an harp
the chords of the feelings
words which are stretching their fingers as the touch does
brash words like bullets
which activate new sources of thought
in the human mind or activate the old ones
Words which classify the senses
and the meanings in a musical development
Words which illuminate the Earthly and suspect the Unknown
Words which reflect an "other" life
with the power of their secret flow
where the "weakness" is strength
and the face of beauty will be not getting older
Words which from the Sappho's epoch   to date
"are preaching the beauty" and deny the human destiny
fact which the Gods perceive as "hubris"
Words which from Euripides to Regas and from Regas to date
are burning for Eros
Justice and Freedom
Words which are arming the Dreams
Words which are flirting with the Impossible
which are giving Condolences to Death
Thus the words all in  lines
as if they were Notes
which the poet-musician is selecting
in order to knit the web of the creation
and to become a poem

CHRYSSA VELISSARIOU
WORDS GIVING BIRTH

When you speak

-Oh my fellow poet!-
your rational mind embraces
your passionate soul
Your Love is the Poetry
with the Word as its Operator
You are speaking and
the Tones
which make up the words
are calling  every willing to Listen
everyone whose intellect has the broad resonator

to reinforce the cries of your writing

in coordination with your own frequency

You open your mouth to blossom
symmetrical concepts
passions
expectations
By bleeding on paper
you paint colorful butterflies
Reflections on the Words
Lust through scriptures
Exclamations for  Pleasure
The Unfulfilled in syllables
The Contradiction of Death against a written History
The Unexpected Blissful  Storm of Eros
designed through Harmonies of Calligraphic Confessions ...

Oh my fellow poet!
You are shouting
you are reciting
for the pain to be heard
to break out and to be cured
That kind of pain
which triggers the sensitive Imagination
You are flirting
with the internal Struggle
through so sweet songs
staying Sleepless
devoutly listening
to that pluralistic Silence of Creation
by bewitching the Panic's serpent
with the lumen of the Word

Oh my Poet!

Even when you nap some words
compose your own Visions of the Illogical
lined up or unruly
bitter or caressing
but always stripping
So delightfully heard
as if  your most beautiful poems
were born in dormancy
fatally to treat the Oblivion
