RESEARCH

[ Poem's comment: On the inspiring image there's an artist's conception of a binary star system with one  black hole and one main sequence star
An accretion disc is a structure  (often a circumstellar disk)  formed by diffuse material in orbital  motion around a central body.  The central body is typically a star. Gravity causes material in the disc to spiral inward
towards the central body.  Gravitational forces compress  the material causing  the emission of  electromagnetic radiation.  The frequency range of that  radiation depends on the  central object. Accretion discs of young stars and protostars  radiate in the infrared; those around neutron stars and black holes  in the x-ray part of the spectrum. ]

If you ever thought
By disappearing
You could ravage
You 're wrong, dark star ...
I guess you know!
You already assured
Eternal entry
In my ecstasy
Light years ago,
When the fusion
Of our evergreen
Souls as imbalanced
Twins stars in space
had began...
Though you 're vanishing
My material
Is attracted
By you, black hole!
Spiral Vertigo...
Will you caress
Me with your already
Emitted light
Until my death?
Absorb the rest
Of my existence.
Without and with...
Always together.
For you I exist!
Through my being,
You perpetuated...
I shield my eyes tight!
